I’ve supported high-stakes conversations all over the world for over 13 years.

    I understand that issues don’t exist in a vacuum, and always work towards the most holistic and interdependent view possible. There’s always more to learn here.

  • Cultural, epistemological, personal. It takes courage and security to be humble. I’m solid in my worth as a human being, and that means I can learn, be accountable and repair a rupture without feeling rocked to the core. I can wade into the messy space of learning and creativity in my own reflections and with my clients.


    As a white (French, Dutch, German) disabled cis woman there are areas of privilege in the intersections of who I am. They will cause blind spots. Accountability is important to me, and I hold myself accountable to my community*.
