LIVE GRAPHIC RECORDING

See your conversations.

Graphic recording is the practice of listening to a conversation and capturing it visually in real time.

Turning complex discussions, emerging ideas, and shared decisions into a large-scale image that the whole room can see. It makes the invisible visible: the connections between ideas, the patterns in the room, the things that matter most.

I've been doing this work for over 13 years across public health, government, Indigenous communities, education, nonprofits, and the arts. I work in English and French, in person across Interior BC, and virtually anywhere.

YOU WANT TO:

  • Make people feel heard

  • Increase participation

  • Engage your virtual meeting participants

  • Harvest patterns and insights

  • Have a record of your event that people will actually look at

  • Have something beautiful and informative to share

HARNESS THE POWER OF

VISUALS

for your in-person, virtual and hybrid meetings.

 BEST FOR…

meetings | conferences | expositions | trade shows | engagement sessions | retreats | and other live events

Graphic recording is done live with little editing after the fact. It is an organic process that helps people see their ideas in context in real-time. It excels at capturing human-paced discussions and the flow of a live event as it happens. If you are looking for a specific, planned outcome or already have the content you’d like to see visualized check out the strategic illustration options.

VIRTUAL

When your event is online (or hybrid), or if travel isn’t in the budget, virtual graphic recording allows me to livestream a drawing to your participants over zoom, or your platform of choice.

IN PERSON: ANALOG

Live drawing on huge sheets of paper gives your participants the experience of seeing their conversation in real time and a really cool selfie opportunity.

IN PERSON: DIGITAL

All the flexibility and clean, professional look of digital graphic recording, streamed to a screen or projector for participants to enjoy. With the added benefit of being portable if you want to take your meeting out on the land.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before your event I'll ask about your goals, your audience, and the conversations you're hoping to have. On the day, I show up ready to listen deeply, and keep up. As your speakers talk, an image takes shape in real time. By the end of the session you have a visual record of what happened that people will actually want to look at, share, and return to.

Deliverables include a high-resolution digital file suitable for print, display, or sharing online. Based in the Kootenays and available across Interior BC, I also travel for the right project. Hybrid and fully virtual sessions available anywhere.

RAVE REVIEWS

Carol Yakiwchuk, BScDH, MHS, First Nations Health Authority

“Thank you so very much Annalee for taking our discussion to a whole new level by creating such a beautiful representation of what we do as FNHA’s Oral Health program.  I could feel and sense a lot of pride among our team in seeing their vision and work come alive with your talents.”

Marie-France Lapierre, FFCB

“J'apprécie énormément le travail que tu es en train de faire pour la FFCB. Ca permet à tous les membres de se sentir entendus et brise le sentiment d'isolement.”

Fernando De Melo, CEO Pacific Safety

“Pacific Safety won both exhibitor awards; Best overall/innovative service and best theme. We couldn’t have executed this strategy without your artwork. I truly appreciate your contribution and it was pleasure to work with you.”
