Work with me

Coaching packages for every stage of the burnout recovery journey

for folks who feel deeply depleted...

THE RICH SOIL PACKAGE

It’s time for triage and for letting go. We need to figure out where the energy leaks in your life are and start breaking down those systems and the clever copings strategies you’ve needed to survive them (but that aren’t serving you now).

… for when the “work” is actually creative play.

THE GREENHOUSE PACKAGE

You want to recover the part of yourself that used to explore, play and make things. What that part feels tender, and needs some protection. Those new idea seeds and sprouts need a creative greenhouse. You’ve found it.

For first time entrepreneurs who need a bridge to self direction...

THE KITCHEN GARDEN PACKAGE

You have a business idea. You have motivation. You can’t wait to leave the 9-5. You have no idea where to start.
The kitchen garden is about getting the fundamentals in place. Building the structures you need to grow a business that feeds you, and also the strength and skills to care for it as it evolves (and I promise it will).

TEND THE ORCHARD PACKAGE

…for founders who need more than a partner in thought to help them steward the complex system they’ve created

You’ve created something and it has a life of it’s own now. But sometimes it feels like it’s taking over your life. You need a long term partner in thought who can help you zoom out, see the patterns, and combine coaching with, strategic planning facilitation, systems thinking, and visual note taking to help you find your best solutions. Not generic boxed advice.

And some other bits…

For new & potential clients who aren’t sure if we’re fit, or which package might suit them best. 20 min vibe-check. Your burning questions: answered.

For brand new coaches, or coaches in training who want more experienced peer support and normalization from someone who has been there.

For coaching package alumni who want to keep that touch point and drop in from time to time. Relationships take time and effort to build. I like to keep that door open.

Shall we get to know each other?

This frame work is crafted from a lot of lived experience!

I’m not an elder yet, but I got started early. Creativity has always been at the centre of everything that I do. A family value, if you will. All children are born artists, and I was lucky enough to have parents who didn’t crush that spark and let me keep being one. As I grew up, I watched my mom start small, scrappy, heartfelt businesses and support other entrepreneurial women from our kitchen table.

Looking back, I suppose it’s not that shocking that I chose to pursue unschooling at age 15, walked out of Kits High and never looked back. I threw myself into the performing arts and creative business. From acting to teaching music, I’d built half a dozen careers before age 30.

For the last 13+ years I’ve been graphic recording: capturing complex, high-stakes conversations with humans at the centre. I’ve seen some of the infinite ways cultural devastation can impact a population, and how people and even whole societies burn out of existence in systems designed to extract as much as possible.

But I’ve also seen how coming home to ourselves and rehabilitating systems both human and natural can transform lives. These are the roots that underpin my coaching work.
