FACILITATION + MEETING DESIGN

Designing and hosting

meaningful gatherings

Meetings can be so much more than we’ve been led to believe. Whenever we gather, there’s the potential for collective effervescence.

There is nothing more human than gathering around the fire to connect, make decisions, and share our joys and sorrows. We work with you to design meetings with texture and movement, that keep folks engaged and leave them feeling more connected.

Processes for people.

I’m trained in participatory leadership by The Art of Hosting and anti-oppressive facilitation by PeerNet. I use an inclusive lens and tools like the circle way, open spaces technology, and world café to craft processes that invite collective wisdom.

Hosted with empathy.

As a facilitator, I get to make use of all of my ICF coaching skills. I’m a big fan of clarity and boundaries, but also adept at freestyling in the void and going with the flow.

With a background in the performing arts and a practice of collaborative and improvisational arts like Flamenco and folk music, I’m happy to host, or co-host with one of your team members if you need a fresh voice or if public speaking isn’t your happy place.

In person.

Virtual.

What do you envision for your gathering?
